Global Branding and Experience Agency Needs an Account Leader. Oversee a team of Account Directors and Sr. Account Managers for a portfolio of diverse top CPG clients.  Act as the Strategic Business leader and trusted resource for client guidance. Manage the delivery of packaging design and strategic solutions. Report into the SVP Design North America. Lead and present strategic solutions for Brand Strategy, Packaging, Marketing Communications, eCommerce, Digital and Social consumer engagement. Appropriate candidate has Degree in Marketing or Design, and 10 years or more experience leading Account CPG teams. Oversee the process from kick-off brainstorming to delivery. 
Must have Agency experience leading teams on Branding for Packaging including, food, bev, and or spirits.
