Oversee the Design and Production of innovative and sustainable structural packaging for an award winning Baby Lifestyle brand. The appropriate candidate has a strong portfolio of impressive structural packaging pieces, and experience managing teams home and abroad. The products are well designed and it is time their presentation matches the quality of what the package houses. Sustainability is important. All new designs need to address environmental impact. This position works closely with the Chief Brand Officer to create a consistent appealing brand experience. Manage a team of global structural packaging engineers and a production team. You need to be hands on, a master of keeping work on budget and a grand communicator working with both graphics and strategy. Degree in ID/Structural Design required.
