The Senior Designer supports creative directors, design directors and account management in the creation of strategic branding solutions that perform successfully in the marketplace. The Senior Designer role involves the ability to be a creative leader and brand keeper, while professionally servicing clients.
*Contributes a high level of creative excellence in carrying phase one design presentations.
*Creates big idea thinking through multiple design solutions with consistency of being on target with design objectives and brand strategy.
*Provides inspiration to junior design team members through breadth of creative output.
*Accountability of brand programs and their development through all phases of design: conception – implementation – final production.
*Assists in establishing brand platforms and building brand stories to produce evolutionary to revolutionary strategic solutions.
*Embraces role as brand keeper, maintaining brand integrity, while understanding how to evolve it. Protects brand asset elements: art, illustration and photography.
*Develops positive relationships with clients with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
*Performs custodial functions of brand art, die strikes, templates/illustration and photo retouching direction. Master of typography, color, image and layout.
*Assists in preparation for brand kick-off meetings, setting up brand rooms and ensuring work is updated. Creates brand equity boards and brand segmentation schematics.

*Must have 4 or more years of experience designing packaging for food and beverage
